This is a Joint Doctorate in Forensic and Behavioral Sciences degree program offered by the University of California, Davis and California State University, Fresno. This first-of-a-kind collaboration has fused the program-building expertise within the University of California and California State University systems. The Joint Doctorate in Forensic and Behavioral Sciences reflects the academic excellence of these origins, founded on creativity, research, discovery, and scientific enlightenment. The goal of this landmark program is to advance scientific inquiry in Forensic and Behavioral Sciences by providing doctoral candidates with state-of-the art instruction and cutting-edge research skills development. Embracing this mission, the Joint Doctorate in Forensic and Behavioral Science ensures advancement in theory and application in the 21st century. UC Davis and CSU, Fresno began this cooperative venture to address a growing need for doctoral education in the western United States, particularly in nationally underrepresented fields. From this academic collaboration emerged the Joint Doctorate in Forensic and Behavioral Sciences, a doctoral program for both campuses.

This program is an interdisciplinary Graduate Group.
